Life Lesson #1

I pride myself on being an “I have no complaints” type of person. I keep things in perspective and can quickly find peace in challenging circumstances. I joke around with my kids, talk to strangers, smile, and go about my days generally content with life. But there are moments I find myself overwhelmed with this life transition. I get exhausted trying to force myself to be content with the present circumstance. In these moments, I become completely useless and accomplish absolutely nothing. It doesn’t mean I’m lazy or depressed. It means I’m having a bad day. And that’s ok.
